Any balance held in an ineligible account will be handled in accordance with applicable policy and may be forfeited where the account was opened fraudulently.
Each User is permitted to hold one (1) account only on the monet11 Platform. You are strictly prohibited from registering or operating more than one account, whether under your own name, an alias, another person's details, or any other mechanism designed to circumvent this restriction.
When registering your account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You undertake to keep this information up to date at all times. monet11 shall not be liable for any loss or issue arising from inaccurate account information provided by the Player.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any authentication credentials with any other person. monet11 will treat any activity conducted through your account as authorised by you unless you have reported a security breach to our support team in writing.
If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify monet11 immediately at [email protected]. We will investigate and take appropriate security measures, but we cannot accept liability for losses that occurred prior to notification.
monet11 accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and direct bank transfer to all major Malaysian banks including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, and Hong Leong. Additional payment options may be introduced or withdrawn from time to time at the Platform's discretion.
All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier and are displayed at the time of transaction within the Cashier section of your account.
By submitting a deposit, you warrant that the payment method belongs to you and that you are authorised to use it for this transaction. monet11 does not accept third-party deposits. If funds are found to have originated from a payment method not registered in your name, the account may be suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions being satisfied prior to processing:
Indicative processing times by method are as follows: E-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) — typically under 5 minutes once approved; DuitNow / FPX — typically 5 to 15 minutes; Direct bank transfer — typically 15 to 60 minutes. These timeframes are indicative only and may be extended during peak periods, weekends, or Malaysian public holidays.
monet11 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. We also reserve the right to withhold processing of any withdrawal where we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms, pending completion of the relevant investigation.
monet11 offers various promotions to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be displayed on the relevant promotion page or communicated at the point of offer. By claiming any bonus, you agree to both these general Terms and the specific terms of that promotion.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the content on the Platform without the prior written consent of monet11.
